ABSTRACT:
The paper proposes an innovative approach for store and logistics reorganization in Retail Business by developing new policies based on the effective use of decision support systems and simulation models. Different experiment in reorganization are proposed to be integrated by the use of models able to improve workload and interactions among different factors affecting supermarket operations and procedures.
