ABSTRACT:When working with historical information, the complexity of analytical queries is enhanced due to the additional problem of surveying the correct time version of the object, which the analyst is dealing with. To get into the required Time Framework it is necessary to give additional conditions in every query to every relation having time nature. The analyst’s errors in the work with the time constituent cause distortion of the final result. The given thesis describes the way of realization of Temporal Environment, which enables to simplify the analyst’s work and thus to increase the trustworthiness of final results.
