ABSTRACT
Management decisions and practices , sometimes is due
to existance of tensions among personnel of an
organization which may leave ill effects on organization
performances , and it is most useful if these tensions are
controled.Tensions have different effects on different
organizations that must be controlled in another hand,
There are factors which may effect tensions are gauged
as effective parameters for sensivity of tensions .these
factors are: tension identification probability (f1) ,
Probability of tension creation (number of repetition) (f2)
, Probability of tension effect on organization
performance (f3) , Probability of tension expansion (f4).
This paper presents a quantitative procedure as
combination of mentioned factors and computation of
quantity for each tension. Thus using this model it can be
computed mentioned quantity and compare the results in
any given time. Thus, the organization can have a sound
standing on subject of tension. This method has been
applied in one of departments affiliated to Iran Ministry
of Commerce .
