Abstract : Our work is interested in the information exchanges in the construction activity. We wish to allow the partners of an architectural project (building owner, architect, engineering and design departments, companies, managers of built inheritance) to share the technical data which characterize a building, by setting up Interfaces adaptive 3d for an accessible information system via Internet network, and able to deliver an answer trade to a user according to a particular questioning (Web profiling). Thanks to the Internet, our system links distributed databases and allows building partners to access and manipulate specific information remotely. Our system provides an updated building representation that is being enriched and refined all along the building production process. This paper presents the conceptual approaches on which our information system is built. Starting from a general diagram organisation, we focus on the construction works description branches (including last IFC model specifications).
