Cooperative Engineering Plant, Project Business Exercise & Simulation

CELEBES is a RPG simulating the PM, Planning & Control of a EPC Power Plant Project divided in Teams (Engineering, Purchasing, Commissioning & Erection). CELEBES train to plan and coordinate Teams over Project Life Cycle operating collaboratively to guarantee respect of Overall Project and Team Objectives in terms of Deadlines, Resources & Budget Constraints. CELEBES Simulator allows to define, control and change the Project Schedule, Resource and Budget concurrently among the four teams as weel as to introduce critical elements & dynamic changes by Instructors. CELEBES Simulator uses a medium level WBS with details about related costs, times and resources as well as contract data related to payments and milestones. In facts, Experts with long experience in PM play the role of the Project Manager using players as their staff. CELEBES takes 1-2 days and include briefing, discussion & debriefing to emphasize the impact of the experience.
