Simulation for Ultimate project Management training on Business Advancements in Energy system construction

SUMBA is a cooperative RPG on Project Management in Energy Systems that uses Simulation to create a realistic Framework to experience a new Power Plant EPCC. The participants play roles in Engineering, Purchasing, Construction & Commissioning Teams cooperating each other to complete the Power Plant in Time respecting all Technical and Contractual Constraints. It is necessary to address Budget, Cash Flow, Contract, Resource Availability & Issues related to Main, Secondary & Auxiliary Systems & their dependencies
SUMBA proposes also continencies typical of a large multi annual Project. Each Team plays its role interacting in the Simulation, addressing his specific objective and common goals using previous Project Data and Estimates. Players learn to finalize Project Plan (i.e.Time, Cost & People), Risk Analysis and Decision Making
